The services offered by KVS Care are in the nature of aggregation and technology-based intermediation. KVS Care does not provide any medical advice, diagnosis, opinion, or assessment of any kind.
While we take reasonable precautions to ensure that only reputed and quality diagnostic laboratories are associated with us, KVS Care does not assume responsibility for the accuracy, quality, or outcome of the services provided by partner laboratories. We act solely as an intermediary in good faith. KVS Care shall not be liable for any medical decisions or assessments made based on diagnostic reports generated by partner labs for tests booked through our platform.
Patients are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information, including login credentials and passwords. All activities carried out using the user’s account, whether authorized or unauthorized, shall be the responsibility of the user. Patients must immediately notify KVS Care in the event of any actual or suspected unauthorized use of their account.
KVS Care will make reasonable efforts to ensure that the diagnostic laboratory where a booking is made adheres to committed timelines and promised services, including home sample collection, lab visits, and report delivery. However, as these services are largely beyond KVS Care’s direct control, the responsibility and liability for such services rest solely with the respective service provider.
The internet is a vast and open network, and due to the absence of guaranteed encryption, it cannot be considered a fully secure medium. As a result, complete privacy and security of information transmitted online cannot be assured. Any information shared by users on the KVS Care platform is received on a non-confidential basis. Users are advised to use appropriate security measures, including antivirus and protective software, while accessing the internet.
All information provided on the KVS Care platform is offered on a best-effort basis. While every attempt is made to ensure accuracy, inadvertent errors or omissions may occur. In case of any discrepancy or confusion, patients are advised to contact the concerned laboratory or KVS Care customer support for clarification.
By booking diagnostic services through KVS Care, the patient authorizes the partner laboratory to share test reports and relevant data with KVS Care for service facilitation purposes. Patient consent is deemed to be implied once the patient is referred to or books services with a partner laboratory through KVS Care.
