Cancellation & Refund Policy – KVS Care
At KVS Care, our primary focus is complete customer satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with the services provided or if we are unable to deliver the service, we will initiate a refund, provided the reasons are genuine and verified after due review.
In case of dissatisfaction with services offered by our partner labs, customers may cancel their booking before the test is conducted or before the home sample collection visit begins. However, no refund will be admissible once the test has been completed. For any concerns regarding services delivered by partner labs, customers are encouraged to directly connect with the concerned lab representative. KVS Care will extend full support in coordinating with the lab wherever required.
While we take utmost care to accurately display MRP, discounts, and lab-related information on our platform, inadvertent errors may occasionally occur. In such cases, customers are free to cancel the booking, and a full refund (where payment has been made directly to KVS Care) will be processed. If the customer still chooses to proceed with the booking despite the discrepancy, KVS Care will provide compensation of 10% of the payable amount, subject to a maximum limit of ₹200. Claims will be processed upon submission of a valid payment receipt from the lab.
Cancellation Policy
For lab tests where a lab visit has been opted for, customers may cancel the booking before the start or preparation of the test. A full refund will be issued if the payment was made directly to KVS Care. If only partial tests from a booking have been completed, a refund will be provided proportionately.
For lab tests or health packages where home sample collection has been selected, customers may cancel the booking prior to the commencement of the visit and receive a full refund. However, if cancellation occurs after the technician has arrived at the location, ₹200 will be deducted as visit charges.
In all other cases, the cancellation and refund policies of the respective partner lab shall apply.

Refund Policy
If payment was made via credit card, the refund will be processed to the same credit card used at the time of purchase. For payments made through a payment gateway or other online modes, the refund will be credited back to the original account.
Refunds, wherever applicable, will be processed within 7 working days.
